Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Glow Pilates Online offers various digital options, including single-class access, class packs, and recurring membership subscriptions. Payments are securely processed through Stripe in euros (EUR).

By purchasing a membership or digital product, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on behalf of Glow Pilates Online. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may manage your billing and subscription preferences directly through your Arketa account.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity:

• On-Demand Classes and Memberships: All purchases of digital content, including class access and memberships, are non-refundable once access has been granted.

• Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Workshops or Special Online Events: Refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event start time. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to purchased content, please contact us at info@glowpilates.ch for support.

Refunds will not be provided for failure to access the service due to personal device or connectivity issues.

6. Content Access and Availability

Purchased or subscription-based content is available exclusively through the Arketa platform. Access duration depends on your chosen plan (single class, class pack, or membership). Glow Pilates Online reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any content at any time, including to ensure quality, compliance, or platform improvements.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.
